近日，上海市妇联公布的一项调查显示，上海女性大多希望接受职后教育，但“缺乏时间”成为现实中阻碍上海女性接受职后教育的最大障碍。

　　今年6月~8月，上海市妇联宣传部与华东理工大学联合开展上海职后女性教育需求专题调研，重点针对公务员、事业单位从业女性、企业女白领、社区妇女、外来务工女性等几大群体开展问卷调查。

　　调研结果显示，半数以上职场女性对参加非学历培训和提升学历都有强烈需求。不少女性认为，通过学习增强技能是应对职场压力的最好方式。其中非沪籍女性参加“技能培训”需求尤显强烈。

　　在上海女子教育联盟推出的职业技能、专业提升、婚姻家庭、女性修养四大板块中，最受欢迎的是“女性修养”。同时，“女性修养”板块的最大需求是“社交礼仪”，“婚姻家庭”板块的最大需求是“亲子沟通”。

　　据了解，阻碍上海女性接受职后教育最大的障碍在于“缺乏时间”。不少女性认为工作压力太大及生活节奏太快导致自己感觉时间紧张、可用于学习或者自由支配的“整段”时间很少；同时，因传统女性家庭角色的要求，职业女性在下班后需要花较多时间照顾家庭，因此更没有时间来满足自己的需要。“碎片化时间”在很大程度上限制了女性对学习和教育需求的满足。

　　调研同时发现，女性对教育的主动性需求尚显不足，呈现“在途径上依赖单位，在时间上受限家庭，在教育花费上不舍得付出”的态度，她们更倾向于“单位主办”或“单位提供”。据统计，70.8%的被调查女性主要还是通过自己所在单位直接或间接得到短期培训；52.2%女性在“每年个人支付的短期培训学费”上都是少于500元。

　　调研组建议，上海女性教育主管部门和相关教育机构，要围绕女性学员的主体性，以女性需求为核心，探索更加特色化、人性化的办学方式和课程设置。
