　　执法人员介绍，加工点用于解冻原料鸭子的用具为一废旧浴盆，清洗的用水从卫生间冲洗厕所的水管引出；加工房间垃圾成堆，杂物零乱，苍蝇纷飞，卫生条件不堪入目。该加工点没有任何证照和原料购进、加工制作、成品销售记录，也没有任何管理制度和工作流程；2名从业人员没有接受过相应的培训，也无法提供健康证明。
