(江苏)省政府法制办近日就《江苏省职工生育保险规定》征求各界意见。明确女职工的晚育假为128天，配偶晚育的男职工也能享受10天的生育津贴。

　　记者从相关部门获悉，今年上半年新出台的《女职工劳动保护特别规定》对1988年版《女职工劳动保护规定》进行了全面补充完善，女职工生育享受的产假调整为98天，并规范了产假待遇等内容。国有的新规出台后，我省计划生育办法规定的晚婚晚育假依然是30天，也就是说，产假变成98天后，江苏晚婚晚育女职工一共可以享受到128天假期。

　　此次我省立法拟规定男性职工同样享受生育保险。如，男职工实行输精管结扎手术的，享受7天的生育津贴；男职工实行输精管复通手术的，享受14天的生育津贴。配偶晚育的男职工还能享受10天的生育津贴。
