乡村医生李某未经许可，在石景山区私设诊所，非法行医致人死亡，被检方提起公诉。日前，石景山法院受理了此案。

　　公诉机关指控称，今年6月23日下午，被告人李某在石景山区衙门口西后街3号出租房私自开设的诊所内，在不具备医生执业资格的情况下为前来就诊的陈女士输液。由于未进行药物过敏试验，导致陈女士过敏性休克致循环衰竭死亡。后李某逃回山东老家，到当地公安机关投案。
