器官捐献工作前期调研启动 Organ donation work prophase research start

　　昨天，(北京)市红十字会举行“喜迎十八大，感受新变化”学习考察成果汇报会，市红十字会秘书长刘燕君透露，目前，本市正在对器官捐献工作进行前期科学调研和论证，但具体政策何时出台，尚无明确时间表。

　　今年，市红十字会曾分别前往浙江、江苏等省学习考察当地器官捐献试点工作。刘燕君说，各地也有不少好的做法，值得北京学习和借鉴，例如浙江省建立器官捐献纪念馆等。

　　本月，卫生部表示，相关部门已制定了《中国人体器官获取与分配管理办法(试行)》(征求意见稿)，将规范器官的捐献来源，建立中国人体器官分配与共享信息系统，由164家器官移植资质医院和心脏死亡捐献资质医院，共同组成器官分配组织。这一系统由卫生部与中国红十字会总会共同领导，移植、伦理、法规、神经等学科专家团队参与，器官的获取和分配将完全阻断医院利益的干扰，做到公开透明。刘燕君透露，市红十字会将积极参与总体协调、宣传引导等工作。
