《上海市公共场所控制吸烟条例》实施2年来，本市有257家单位、87名个人因违法吸烟受罚，6人被行政拘留。记者昨天从控烟执法检查中获悉，下月市人大教科文卫委员会将向市人大常委会提交控烟执法检查报告，建议在全市公共场所全面推行“室内禁烟”。

　　来自市健康促进委员会的信息显示，控烟条例实施2年来，本市控烟监管执法力度逐年加大，因为控烟不力共有257家单位、87名个人受到处罚，罚款金额达到49.6万元。今年8月23日，一名中年男子在本市轮渡上不听劝阻执意吸烟，并对执法人员辱骂拉扯，妨碍执行公务，公安机关对其做出行政拘留5天的治安处罚。这是今年以来本市因为违法吸烟引发行政拘留的第6起案例。截至目前，本市已依据控烟条例、消防条例、治安处罚条例行政拘留6名违法吸烟者。
