美国一项研究称“手机上的细菌比马桶更多”，手机真的这么脏？昨日，武汉专家现场实验进行验证：对7部手机进行细菌数值检测，并与一个室内垃圾桶上的细菌数值进行对比。

　　实验人员从市民手中征集了7部不同的手机作为检测对象，在武汉大学中南医院进行检测：首先用消毒棉签在手机表面擦拭，取得样本；然后将棉签浸入密封试管内的荧光素酶试剂，这种试剂遇到细菌会发出荧光；最后将棉签连同试管插入一台“ATP荧光检测仪”，测试其发光程度，得到一个RLU(相对光单位)数值。据介绍，物体表面的RLU数值不超过100则为细菌量达标(不会对人体造成危害)，超标越多表示细菌越多。
