清远连南瑶族自治县近日发通报称，该县寨岗镇寨南幼儿园44名幼儿出现发热、恶心、呕吐、腹泻症状，疑感染志贺氏菌，目前在医院留观治疗40人，无危急重症病例，所有病例病情稳定。

　　通报称，9日晚至10日早上，寨南卫生院陆续接诊有“发热、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻”症状的患儿，所有患儿均为寨岗镇寨南幼儿园儿童，疑似食物中毒。寨南卫生院立即向卫生局、疾控中心报告。经连南县疾控中心卫生检验中心检验发现，在幼儿园午餐样品和7名患儿肛拭样本中检出福氏志贺氏菌(Ⅵ型)，与市疾控中心检验结果一致。13日10时，医生又在寨南幼儿园末梢水样本中检出福氏志贺氏菌(Ⅵ型)。
