　　成都市食药监局负责人介绍，为保障广大市民的身体健康，成都市食药监局23日下发通知，要求各区(市)县局对经营羊肉汤、羊肉火锅的餐饮服务单位开展为期1个月的专项监督检查。主要内容是重点检查羊肉汤锅中使用食品添加剂的情况，以及是否存在非法添加非食用物质的行为。按照要求，自制火锅底料、自制调味料的商家要向监管部门备案所使用的食品添加剂名称，并在店堂醒目位置或菜单上予以公示。
