　　“医师必须在卫生部认定的四级内镜手术培训基地接受培训并通过考核方可从事内镜诊疗。”今天，卫生部医政司司长王羽在由卫生部人才交流服务中心承办的2012年全国内镜诊疗管理和技术交流大会上指出。

　　据王羽介绍，由于内镜诊疗技术涉及到诸如呼吸内科、普外科、妇科、消化科和胸外科等多个专业领域，部分技术专业性很强，有的医疗机构在自身条件和技术能力尚不满足的情况下，忽视内镜诊疗技术操作复杂、风险高和难度大的特点，盲目开展新技术，对患者的身体健康和生命安全造成了严重威胁。
