备受关注的《北京市食品安全条例》昨天经市十三届人大常委会第三十六次会议二审，二审稿恢复了此前征求意见稿中“生产经营有毒有害食品，对人体健康造成严重后果、构成犯罪的，终身不得从事食品生产经营活动”等条款。此外，本市拟规定不得收购来历不明的生猪等畜禽，也不得接受他人委托进行屠宰加工。
