北京120网络的医务人员今天开始接受航空医疗救援培训。目前，一架等比例的直升机模型已经停放在北京急救中心的一楼大厅内。今后，医务人员将在这个“直升机”的机舱内动手操作，进行演练，为急救人员进行航空医疗培训的讲师全部来自香港。

　　上午，记者在北京急救中心的一楼大厅内看到，这架模拟直升机的医疗舱内与一般的急救车相比，略显狭小。工作人员告诉记者，直升机空间大约比普通急救车的急救舱小三分之一。急救舱安装有三个座椅和一副担架。三个座椅供两名急救医务人员和1名家属使用，患者使用的担架有1.9米长。在担架上方，摆放有心电监护仪等；舱内还配备有心肺复苏设备、外伤包、呼吸器等急救设施。在医疗舱的后面还留有专门储存空间，里面储存了两副担架以及野外帐篷等。

　　据介绍，目前我国尚未建立起正规的航空急救医疗管理体系、行业标准和医生准入制度。北京120急救网络在1998年至2012年间先后进行了6次航空救援模拟演习，并使用直升机、小型固定翼飞机、波音及空客的民航飞机跨省市转运了百余例患者，积累了一定的航空救援经验。此次120引进的模拟直升机是由一家公司无偿捐助的。据悉，这架模拟直升机在120急救开放日期间，也会对预约参观的市民开放。今后，北京急救中心还将制定120急救网络航空医疗救援规范、医生准入制度等。(记者贾晓宏）
