　　该基金会负责人介绍，本市一户多残家庭的肢体残疾人、一二级重度肢体残疾人，以及城市残疾人家庭月人均收入不超过1000元，农村残疾人家庭月人均收入不超过800元的低收入家庭肢体残疾人，均可向户籍所在地的街道乡镇残联提出申请，经区县残联同意后报北京市残疾人福利基金会审批，“今年爱心企业的200万元捐款，预计将可为本市200名肢体残疾人免费安装假肢。”
