31日（7月31日），“最美学警”郑州铁道警官高等专科学校学生李博亚病情通报会在秦皇岛市第二医院举行。通报称，李博亚目前体温恢复正常，基本生命体征平稳，有望近期植皮。综合病情及专家会诊意见，基本判定李博亚的左足异位再植肢体已经成活。
