居民不出小区，可免费进行价值数百元的健康检测。昨天，记者从西城区卫生局获悉，该区将全面推广自助式健康管理。明年覆盖全区15家社区卫生服务中心。

　　“健康自测小屋”分为中医和西医两个区。在西医区，有血压仪、血糖仪、骨密度仪、心电图仪、身体成分分析仪等9种设备，居民可以自助检测身高、体重、血压、血糖、肺功能、骨密度、心电图、心脑血管功能等健康指标。中医检测区，有五脏相音辨识评估系统、健康状态辨识系统和证素辨识系统。居民在健康状态辨识系统和证素辨识系统前点击鼠标回答74道选择题，就能得知自身属于哪种体质，系统给出的评估报告中，还会给居民提出健康指导，比如如何通过饮食、起居、运动等方式调理身体。
