  本市一级、二级公立医院明年初将探索开展改革试点,逐步理顺护理费、手术费,推进医院院长的职业化和年薪制。市医改办主任韩晓芳昨天介绍北京公立医院改革进展情况和阶段性成效时表示,北京公立医院改革今后将继续深化,扩大至一级、二级医院,推进药品和耗材采购、配送制度改革。目前,延庆县医院已成为全国县级医院医改试点,明年将启动改革。
