本市一级、二级公立医院明年初将探索开展改革试点，逐步理顺护理费、手术费，推进医院院长的职业化和年薪制。市医改办主任韩晓芳昨天介绍北京公立医院改革进展情况和阶段性成效时表示，北京公立医院改革今后将继续深化，扩大至一级、二级医院，推进药品和耗材采购、配送制度改革。目前，延庆县医院已成为全国县级医院医改试点，明年将启动改革。

　　韩晓芳说，本市试点医药分开5个多月来，试点医院的问卷调查显示：85%以上患者能接受医事服务费的价格，82%以上患者对医生的服务能力满意，并认为看病沟通时间比以前长了。另据朝阳医院执行院长陈勇介绍，医药分开改革后，9至11月该院患者次均费用和自付费用分别为359.3元、104.8元，而去年同期的数字分别为389.6元、126.1元，降低了7.8%、16.9%。
