　　据上海市食安办介绍， 经介入调查，发现自2005年8月以来，上海市食品药品检验所(以下简称“市食药检所”)与百胜咨询(上海)有限公司(以下简称“百胜集团”)签订了委托检测协议，作为公共服务单位受百胜集团委托，对其原料、半成品自检提供第三方服务。百胜集团每两个月送检样品一次，样品数、检测项目均由百胜集团确定，检测标准主要依据国家标准，检测完成后按实际检测项目收费。

　　上海市食安办表示，2010年至2011年，百胜集团委托市食药检所检测的样品中，有山东六和集团鸡类产品19批，经检验有8批产品抗生素残留不合格，检测结果均以检测报告的形式报给百胜集团。今年8月以来，百胜集团未再进山东六和集团鸡类产品。据查，市食药检所除检测费外，从未收取过百胜集团其他任何费用。市食安办表示，根据12月18日对百胜集团上海物流中心监管抽检样品的检测结果，如发现存在违反《食品安全法》的情况，有关监管部门将采取最严厉的处罚。

　　上海市食安办相关负责人表示，对百胜集团收到自检样品有不合格的报告后，是否按照《食品安全法》规定，及时采取相应措施，将做进一步调查，如存在违反《食品安全法》的情况将从严处置。同时，对上海市食品药品检验所未将不合格信息及时向相关监管部门报告，也将进一步追查，并实施最严厉的问责。同时，市食安办将举一反三，下发通知，要求全市各食品安全检测机构，一旦检测发现违反《食品安全法》相关规定，必须及时报告相关食品安全监管部门。(记者王有佳)
