　　此次列入新农合重大疾病保障范围的14类疾病中，将对肺癌、食道癌、胃癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、急性心肌梗塞、甲亢、唇腭裂8个病种实行定额付费；对慢性粒细胞白血病、Ⅰ型糖尿病2个病种实行最高限额付费；对脑梗死、血友病、耐多药肺结核、艾滋病机会性感染4个病种实行按项目付费。
