被列为2012年市政府实事工程之一的“全市每个区设立一个‘舒缓疗护’病区”目标已全面完成。本市下一步将全市范围内大力推广“临终关怀”工作，力争在3年内实施和达到全市所有社区卫生服务中心以及二、三级医院“舒缓疗护”等相关服务全覆盖，为更多的晚期癌症患者提供充满温馨的人文关怀。

　　据市卫生局今天提供的数据，历经一年的努力，全市17个区共在18家社区卫生服务中心设立了“舒缓疗护”病区。项目总投入2437.86万元，设立舒缓疗护床位226张，已收治病房患者377人，提供居家舒缓疗护服务115人，舒缓疗护门诊服务946人次。病人对“舒缓疗护”的满意度达99.39%，家属满意度98.9%。

　　市卫生局局长徐建光今天上午在静安寺社区卫生服务中心、华泾社区卫生服务中心调研“舒缓疗护”病区工作。记者在现场了解到，静安寺社区卫生服务中心设立的“舒缓疗护”病区设有临终关怀床位10张，配备了15名医务人员。自去年8月开张以来，共收治了20多名病人。徐汇区华泾社区卫生服务中心将原住院部一楼病区的一半设置为临终关怀病房，配备医务人员16名，迄今收治病人近40名。初步形成的、渗透到社区卫生基本服务的申城舒缓疗护服务网络由此可见一斑。(首席记者 施捷 特约通讯员 宋国梵)
