目前，本市120院前急救没有完整的收费系统，车上诊疗没有明确收费标准。另外，黑急救车以低价吸引患者，一方面是急救资源供需不平衡，另一方面是急救医生难招，这些都已成为制约本市急救发展的因素。为此，市政协委员、北京急救中心分中心主任雷燕妮建议，尽快出台院前急救收费标准。
