　　江苏省质监局新闻发言人张亚青提醒消费者选购热水袋、电热毯等产品时应注意辨别。此次抽查的热水袋共55批次，其中21个批次不合格，合格率仅为43.6%。这些不合格的热水袋主要的主要问题是拉断伸长率达不到标准要求，使用这些热水袋，若水温过高或加水过量，热水袋可能破裂。
