　　工作要点指出，落实《国务院2013年食品安全重点工作安排》，以食品安全风险监测评估和标准体系建设为重点，全面推进卫生系统食品安全相关能力建设。适时发布食品中非法添加物“黑名单”，完善相关检验方法。完成年度食品安全标准清理工作任务，加快食品中致病微生物限量标准等基础标准的制修订，加强食品安全标准宣传培训及跟踪评价工作。

　　工作要点还指出，加强卫生监督体系建设，基本完成县级卫生监督机构建设项目。规范卫生监督协管服务运行机制，将卫生监督协管服务的覆盖率扩大到90%以上。贯彻全国卫生监督员培训规划，落实首席卫生监督员、卫生监督紧缺人才以及基层复合型人才等培养工作。深入推进卫生监督员职位分级管理试点工作。加强职业病防治机构能力建设，职业病诊断机构市(地)级覆盖率和职业健康检查机构县(区)覆盖率分别达到90%以上和80%以上。
