　　记者从山西省卫生厅了解到，今年山西县级公立医院综合改革从“局部试点”转向“全面推开”，全省有条件的县将全面推行县级公立医院综合改革。

　　据介绍，从2011年起，山西在34个县启动了县级公立医院综合改革，确立了以医疗服务价格体系调整为基础、以改革基本医保支付方式为核心、以落实政府投入政策为保障，破除“以药养医”，重构补偿机制的改革原则。
