春节临近，为防范食物中毒事件发生，保障群众饮食安全，济南市食品药品监督管理局近日发布今年第1号警示信息，提醒公众河豚毒性是氰化钠的1250倍，严禁餐饮单位经营河豚，预防食用中毒。

河豚又名鲀，或称鲢鲃鱼，民间将江湖中的河豚幼鱼称为浜鱼、鲃鱼。河豚身体浑圆，头胸部大腹尾部小，背上有鲜艳的斑纹或色彩，体表无鳞，光滑或有细刺，有明显的门牙上下各两枚。

河豚中毒的主要原因是其含有河豚毒素，且毒性稳定，经100摄氏度8小时炒煮以及盐腌、日晒等均不能被破坏，毒性相当于剧毒药品氰化钠的1250倍。河豚中毒一般出现在进食后半小时到三个小时内。发病起初症状是手指、口唇、舌尖麻木，有刺痛感。继而发展到四肢麻痹和全身软瘫，心率由加速而变缓慢，血压下降，瞳孔先收缩而后放大，重症患者因呼吸衰竭而死亡。目前对河豚毒素尚无有效的解毒药物。

济南市药监局发布警示，严禁餐饮服务单位采购、加工和销售河豚。发现河豚应妥善处理，切勿随意丢弃。违法经营河豚鱼的要从严查处。消费者也要提高自我保护意识，不购买和食用河豚。误食河豚后，如发生口唇麻木等类似神经系统中毒症状，应立即到医院就诊。如发现餐饮服务单位采购、加工和销售河豚，也应及时向当地食品药品监管部门举报。(记者 王海鹰)
