2月5日，香港卫生署发布公报称，要求对云南白药散剂等5个品种予以回收。昨天(6日)，国家食品药品监督管理局称，已经关注云南白药安全性问题，对云南白药的不良反应进行了监测，未发现严重的不良反应报告。

　　香港卫生署称，此前化验发现，由内地制造在香港销售的五款云南白药产品含有未标示的乌头类生物碱。根据产品注册资料及中药文献，有关中成药的成分不应包含此类成分，因此发出指令，要求回收。据了解，乌头类生物碱可能带有毒性，如使用不当，将会引致口唇和四肢麻痹、恶心、呕吐及四肢无力等不适症状，严重者更会导致呼吸困难和心率失常并危及生命。
