　　回顾2012年食品安全问题，不可否认的是，有一部分问题来自我国法律、法规的不完善。今年6月起，《食品中污染物限量》新标准将正式实行。我国食品中污染物过量情况或将进一步得到遏制。新标准逐项清理了以往食品标准中的所有污染物限量规定，整合修订为铅、镉、汞、苯并芘等13种污染物在谷物、蔬菜、水果、肉类、水产品、调味品、饮料、酒类等20余大类食品的限量规定，删除了硒、铝、氟等3项指标，共设定160余个限量指标，基本满足我国食品污染物控制需求，适应我国食品安全监管需要。

　　针对我国标准与国际标准是否一致的问题，国家食品安全风险评估中心首席专家吴永宁指出，世界贸易组织允许不同国家有自己的标准，但必须要有科学依据。
