“跑过的医院都没法给孩子确诊。”昨天，在儿童医院抢救室，8个月大的小瑞博因腹水肿大和肺炎的折磨，小脸看上去没有精神。小瑞博的父亲康先生带着孩子看过很多医生，但医院都不敢接收，有专家表示孩子病因疑似布加综合征。

　　小瑞博窝在妈妈的怀里，最近患上感冒外加肺炎，使得他呼吸不畅，小鼻子插着氧气管，嘴唇很干，泛着淡黄色，大大的眼睛看着爸爸，眼角挂着眼泪。妈妈把小瑞博放在床上掀开棉袄，孩子肿大的肚子露出来触目惊心，从胸口向下的皮肤血管根根明显(如图)。小瑞博躺下后开始哭闹，康先生说，小瑞博躺下不舒服，只要抱着他就会好一些。

　　小瑞博的妈妈从包里拎出一塑料袋，里面装着各种药，却没有一样是治疗腹水的，“这些药都是治肺炎和感冒的，差不多一个小时就得吃一种”。因感冒和肺炎，小瑞博需要输液，但输液会加重孩子腹水肿大，“一输液，孩子的肚子就变大，还特别硬，我就不敢让输液了。”康先生担心，小瑞博还没等到病因确诊就会因为肺炎丧命。

　　康先生告诉记者，第一次注意到孩子腹部肿大是在去年11月，当时小瑞博只有5个月大，“刚开始孩子肚子肿，也没太注意，都以为是吃得不合适胃胀”。在随后的3个月，小瑞博的肚子越来越大，一家三口跑过大大小小很多医院，但一直没查出病因，“一本病历本都写满了，也没查出到底是什么病”。
