记者18日从深圳市人大常委会了解到，深圳市人大常委会2013年度立法计划日前已获深圳市五届人大常委会第六十七次主任会议通过，今年拟新立《生育保险条例》等20个立法项目。根据拟新立的《生育保险条例》，深圳新妈妈除了可以通过保险解决生育医疗费用外，还有望领到生育津贴。
