今年，北京将对“新农合”(新型农村合作医疗)的参合人员试行社区首诊制，首批试点设在平谷、密云两区县。即参合人员就诊须经社区、乡镇首诊治疗，否则住院医疗费用不予报销。2015年该试点有望扩至全市。这是记者昨日从北京市卫生局了解到的。
