据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，近日有媒体报道，一名美国女孩在服用了药品布洛芬后出现严重不良反应，致使皮肤灼伤并导致双目失明。青岛市报告2012年至今共出现100多例布洛芬不良反应报告。

　　据青岛市药品不良反应监测中心的工作人员介绍，2012年青岛市接到涉及布洛芬类药物的不良反应有100多例，从目前统计的情况看，已经有的不良反应均属于一般反应，尚没有出现严重的病例。一般反应就主要就是头疼、耳鸣、轻度肠胃不适等等，而严重的不良反应则会出现症状严重，不及时治疗会致残。青岛市药监部门已经设置了不良反应监测点，青岛市药品不良反应检测中心已经对不良反应纷纷上报国家食药安监部门，最终由国家食药监部门确定是否修改说明书或者下架处理。(山东台记者孙波)
