中新网深圳2月21日电 (记者 郑小红)深圳人口超过1400万，全市中医执业医师(含中西医结合及助理执业医师)只有2617人，而相邻的香港人口远少于深圳，但却拥有注册中医6241名，因而深圳将成立一个老中医协会，网络在深圳工作和生活的老中医、从事中医药行业相关人员及特别支持中医药事业的社会热心人士与企业机构加盟，以振兴和光大中医事业。
