对东湖社区网友投诉黄冈中心医院办理“健康卡”要收取1元钱工本费，2月27日，湖北省卫生厅回应称，卫生部推出的“健康卡”是免费发放，湖北省内仅在武汉同济医院和当阳市试点。同时，记者从湖北省物价局了解到，该局从未批准过任何医院关于就诊卡的收费申请，如此收费违规。
