　　日前，记者从市教科院普教所获悉，由华东师大中国现代城市研究中心、社会发展学院人口研究所孟兆敏、吴瑞君完成的《上海市基础教育资源供需的现状、问题与对策研究》显示，未来幼儿园学龄人口增速下降，小学适龄人口将成为增长的主力军，小学资源的缺口将会凸显。

　　由于近年出生高峰的到来，给小学资源带来的冲击已凸显。在各种方案预测下，2010年—2015年小学学龄人口增长幅度均超过幼儿园，2015年—2020年初中学龄人口增长速度也有所加快。对此，研究人员分析，第四次出生高峰普遍到来，由于生育惯性，20世纪80、90年代出生高峰期出生的人口陆续进入婚育期，导致出生人口增多，给各区县的学前教育资源带来了较大冲击，小学教育资源缺口也已初露端倪。未来随着出生高峰的后移，小学适龄儿童增长速度加快，小学资源的缺口将会凸显。(钱钰 新闻晚报供稿)
