全国政协委员、沈阳市政协主席姜宏称，目前沈城退休人员平均领取退休金为1632元/月，不但与北上广深等超大型城市有差距，而且低于全国人均养老金1700元/月的水平。为此，姜宏说：应尽快缩小各地区退休人员养老金待遇水平的差异。
