中新网太原3月5日电(范丽芳)5日，山西省太原市卫生局对外公布2012年民众对太原市卫生系统医疗机构满意度调查结果，其中太原市直属公立医院最高，为85.49；省市民营医院最低，为58.35。

　　2012年4月1日起，太原市卫生局在该市137家医院开展了“听群众心声，请患者评议”系列活动。截至2012年12月31日，共有37万余人参与评议，其中7796人参与手机投票，4315人参与网站评议，533人参与微博留言，2657人参与第三方满意度测评，33万余人次参与现场评议。

　　据评选专家组介绍，评选标准包括医疗技术、医疗设施、服务态度、医疗费用、医德医风等。评选结果显示，太原市直属公立医院平均满意度最高，为85.49，其次为太原市县(市、区)直属公立医院83.02、太原市厂矿和部队医院(二级以上)80.96、山西省直属公立医院68.34，省市民营医院最低，为58.35。

　　“民众反映比较普遍的问题是等待时间长看病时间短、医患沟通较少、医院食堂饭菜不好、部分医院停车难。”太原市卫生局工作人员介绍，民营医院普遍存在的问题是诊疗费用高、检查项目多、医疗技术差、无法使用医保等。其中太原华西医院、山西永康中医专科医院、山西新阳光妇科医院、山西老年康复医院、太原益民中医院、山西华一肛肠医院、太原天伦不孕不育医院、太原岐黄医院、太原丽人妇科医院、太原玛丽妇科医院等20家民营医院满意率不足50%。

　　为继续征集民意，2013年太原市卫生局将继续开展“听群众心声，请患者评议”活动，对群众提出的困难和问题要想方设法解决；对投诉举报尤其对收红包、拿回扣、乱收费、乱检查、乱用药等不正之风，一经查实，按照规定严肃处理；对连续两次满意度位于后五位的医护人员，将给予离岗培训、降聘专业技术职务处理，存在严重问题的，追究行政责任乃至刑事责任。(完)
