新京报讯 （记者廖爱玲）一次性发泡餐具被称作“白色污染”，14年来一直禁产禁用且多次查处。但今年2月国家发改委的一纸“21号令”，却将它突然解禁。食品包装专家和多家餐盒企业指出，发泡餐具目前缺乏产品标准、质量安全市场准入条件以及成熟完备的回收机制，呼吁政府部门尽快制定相关文件解决这些问题。
