本周是“世界青光眼周”，今年的主题是“挥去青光眼雾霾，共享‘睛’彩世界”。记者从北京同仁医院获悉，目前发达国家50%的青光眼患者、发展中国家90%的青光眼患者在早期都不知道自己患病，从而未能得到及时诊治，导致眼盲。专家建议，40岁以上人群最好能进行常规眼科检查，尽早发现和治疗青光眼。

　　昨天，北京青光眼周主会场活动在同仁医院启动。该院王宁利教授介绍说，青光眼是全球第二位致盲因素，仅次于白内障。我国原发性青光眼的患病率达到0.52%，且患病率随着年龄的增长逐渐升高，50岁以上达2.07%，65岁之后可达到4%至7%。

　　原发性青光眼分为闭角型和开角型两大类。其中急性闭角型青光眼在发作期会出现视力下降、眼痛、眼红、头痛、恶心呕吐等明显的症状，比较容易诊断。其他类型的青光眼患者在早期往往没有症状或仅有一过性的症状，只有当疾病进展到晚期时，患者才能察觉。就目前医疗水平来讲，大多数青光眼患者不能被彻底治愈；但如果早发现，早诊断，通过药物治疗、激光治疗和手术治疗，绝大多数青光眼患者的病情可以控制。专家建议，大多数人在35岁左右就应该进行一次全面的青光眼检查，40岁以上人群最好能进行常规眼科检查。
