京华时报讯（记者张然）毒胶囊、白酒塑化剂、速成鸡、红茶农药超标……去年一年，食品安全事件频出。近日，全国政协委员、国家食品安全风险评估专家委员会委员、国家食品安全风险评估中心研究员严卫星介绍，今年将实施食品安全风险监测计划，其中将对婴幼儿食品、肉制品、粮食、乳品、蔬菜、水果、茶、饮用水等近20种食品进行全方位监测，范围覆盖全国所有地（市）。
