  本报纽约电 记者张伟报道:美国联邦住房金融署24日公布的房价指数显示,经季节性调整,今年5月份美国房价环比与同比均有所上涨显示住房市场呈持续复苏趋势。数据显示,5月份美国房价比4月份上涨0.8%,为连续第四个月环比上涨,与去年同期相比上涨3.7%。同时,4月份房价的环比涨幅由此前公布的0.8%调降至0.7%。

  美国联邦住房金融署说,今年5月份的房价水平仍比2007年4月的峰值低17.0%,大致相当于2004年5月份的水平。随着今年上半年房地产业的利好数据不断,经济学家普遍认为本轮颓势已经触底。但分析人士也指出,触底并不意味着全面复苏,购房需求结构和信贷条件等因素决定了美国房市触底之后还会经历较长时间的筑底过程。
