王珏林:房地产市场运行正常 未必要出台新政策

  中新网8月9日电(房产频道 孙建永)国家统计局今天发布了2012年1-7月份全国房地产开发和销售情况报告。报告内容显示,今年1-7月份,全国房地产开发投资36774亿元,同比名义增长15.4%,增速比1-6月份回落1.2个百分点。商品房销售面积48593万平方米,同比下降6.6%,降幅比1-6月份缩小3.4个百分点;房地产开发企业本年到位资金50832亿元,同比增长6.2%,增速比1-6月份提高0.5个百分点。住建部政策研究中心副主任王珏林对中新网房产频道表示,从房地产的销售、开发等角度看,企业的运行还处于正常阶段。
