　　记者：您对目前重庆商业地产整体发展状况的看法？

　　方明：现在的一个大背景就是国家在对房地产行业进行调整，那么它就不可能让房地产行业偏大偏重地发展。那么我们的行业本身就在做一个优胜劣汰的过程，看谁能够把细节的东西做好，就像我刚才说的，环保啊，节能啊，品质啊，包括你的精装修。现在老百姓对商业地产的要求很高的。现在属于对这个行业调整的时期，我们能做的就是把这个行业里像环境这样的内涵的东西做好。

　　方明：我们重庆商业地产总的来讲应该还是比较健康的，当然我们国家也是希望房地产能够在这个期间平稳过渡，健康发展。像沿海一带的房地产价格那么高肯定是行不通。那么现在在东部在沿海一带的商业地产都比较饱和了。我了解到很多财团和零售巨头都纷纷涌向重庆。对重庆的商业地产来说，如果你能够把品质做好就有很大机会。
