本报讯 国土部副部长胡存智昨天在中国发展研究基金会举行的保障性住房政策国际研讨会上表示，近三年以来，国土资源部门实现了保障性安居工程用地的应保尽保。其中，2011年共落实用地4.36万公顷，2012年计划安排供应土地4.76万公顷，这个数量为年度测算用地需求的1.76倍，目前已落实用地2万多公顷。
