从省统计局获悉，1-6月份，我省房地产开发投资完成1370.9亿元，比上年同期下降4.3%。其中商品住宅完成投资1016.5亿元，下降4.8%。

　　统计显示，上半年全省房地产开发房屋新开工面积4234.6万平方米，比上年同期下降30.5%，其中商品住宅3235.4万平方米，下降33.1%；商品房销售面积1869.2万平方米，下降22.3%，其中商品住宅销售1674.1万平方米，下降24%；商品房销售额837.5亿元，下降10.2%，其中商品住宅销售额704.9亿元，下降14.1%。全省房地产开发企业资金到位1897.6亿元，比上年同期增长7.9%，资金到位率为138.4%。其中自筹资金1151.2亿元，增长14.4%；国内贷款191.7亿元，增长5.8%；其他资金546.1亿元，下降2.7%。
