  新版《住宅设计规范》8月1日起施行,其较2003年旧版本有多处修改,如电梯不应紧邻卧室布置、新建住宅应每套都要配套设置信报箱等。其中明确,所有类型住宅阳台只计一半建筑面积,杜绝开发商对封闭阳台按全面积收费。
