中国海上搜救中心消息，8月28日3时40分，受台风“布拉万”影响，两艘中国籍渔船“粤江城渔91104”船和“粤江城渔91105”船分别在韩国济州岛南面海域翻沉和搁浅，船上共33人遇险。
