近日，“三北”大通道京新高速公路（G7）项目新疆、甘肃、内蒙古三省区前期协调工作联席会议在乌鲁木齐召开。来自交通运输部综合规划司及甘肃、内蒙古交通运输厅的有关领导和专家齐聚一堂，共商G7京新大通道项目建设大计。

　　本次协调联席会就项目前期工作中的具体问题进行了深入讨论，特别是对存在的困难进行细致研究，并就关键事项达成了一致意见，形成了共识：一是三省区交通运输部门将进一步提高对G7项目的重视程度，立足本地实际，加大力度，克服困难，按照工作分工，加快前期工作进度。交通运输部规划司将发挥主动协调作用，在部层面进一步推动该项目；二是由于项目环评程序复杂，特别是内蒙古境内横跨6个自然保护区，环评短期内获批难度很大，三省区交通运输厅将联手多层推进，力求取得工作突破；三是甘肃、内蒙古交通运输厅建议，G7项目在年内获得国家发改委批复工可后，举行开工奠基仪式。新疆交通运输厅将根据前期工作进展情况，采取相应措施，继续做好下一步工作。

　　据了解，京新高速公路全长约2740公里，是2005年交通部颁布的《国家高速公路网规划》中7条北京辐射线之一，是西北新疆和甘肃连接北京、华北、东北及内地东部地区最为便捷的公路通道，也是连接亚欧大陆的重要通道之一。今年6月，交通运输部在京主持召开了新疆、内蒙古、甘肃省交通运输厅关于京新高速公路项目三省联动推进的协调会议，提出按照新疆、内蒙古、甘肃“三省联动、一次建成”的指导思想安排和开展项目前期工作。今年9月28日，三省区将联合举行京新高速奠基仪式。
