由中国审判理论研究会海事海商审判理论专业委员会和上海市高级人民法院主办、上海海事法院承办的“海事审判理念与海商法律发展”专题研讨会8月30日在上海举行。本次研讨会围绕当前形势下航运纠纷动向与海事司法应对、海事审判理念与海商法律发展等议题进行了研讨交流。来自全国海事审判系统的代表和海商法研究领域的专家参加了会议。
