日前，第十三届“中国航运大讲坛”在重庆正式开讲，这是经交通运输部批复，由大连海事大学发起并承办的具有鲜明航运特色的大型讲坛活动。该讲坛自2009年6月6日开讲以来，已在大连、宁波等地成功举办12次。
