9月20日，中国公路学会高速公路运营管理分会2012年度年会暨第十九次高速公路管理工作研讨会在杭州召开。150余名行业高级管理人员、专家学者就高速公路行业面临的机遇与挑战、高速公路安全与保畅等话题进行了深入讨论。
