　　9月26日9时30分，以“拯救危难，共筑平安海空”为主题的2012年东海民用航空器遇险联合搜救演习在上海宝山北锚地附近水域拉开帷幕。这是中国海上搜救中心成立以来首次举行的民用航空器遇险搜救演习，交通运输部副部长徐祖远和上海市副市长沈骏共同担任演习总指挥。

On September 26, 9 when the 30 points,to"Save distress,Altogether builds the peace naval and air"As the theme of the 2012 civil aircraft in distress of the east China sea joint search-and-rescue manoeuvres in Shanghai baoshan north anchorage waters near the curtain.This is the China maritime search and rescue center for the first time since the establishment of a civil aircraft distress search and rescue exercise,Vice minister of transportation XuZuYuan and vice mayor of Shanghai ShenJun common as exercise commander in chief.

　　本次演习参演力量包括各类船艇33艘、飞机四架、人员近500人。演习模拟一架准备降落某国际机场的民用航空器突发故障，双引擎先后失灵，在长江口海域海面紧急迫降，机上有乘客140名、机组人员10名。根据《民用航空海上遇险应急反应处置预案》中民用航空器海上遇险事件分级规定，本事件属于特别严重（I级）民用航空器海上遇险事件。演习科目包括应急响应、人员疏散及示警、人员搜救、医疗卫生救护、海上消防、善后处置和现场警戒及交通管制等。

　　为真实展示民用航空器迫降水上的情景，提高演习的实战效果，上海海上搜救中心按照“1∶1”的比例建造了一架大型飞机模型供演习使用。

　　本次演习由交通运输部（中国海上搜救中心）、上海市政府主办，上海海上搜救中心、上海海事局承办，上海海上搜救中心各成员单位、中国东方航空股份有限公司、山东海事局及上海海事大学等单位共同参与。
